Hello! My name is Ridge and I have a profound passion for helping busy, frustrated, and confused individuals ranging from the age of 19 to 60 find their path to a healthier, fitter, and happier version of themselves in a world of confusion and conflicting information when it comes to health and fitness. Having tried and tested multiple training methods in all areas of fitness over the course of 6 years, I have come to realize that the best and most effective way is almost always the simplest one. I have made it my mission to help people like you tap into their potential without overcomplicating things with mind gobbling programs and workout terminologies. Yes, it is possible to have a fun but challenging workout and obtain great results at the same time. So whatever you are struggling with i am here to keep you accountable.

1:1 Personal Training

Feel Good, Look Good

Conventional personal training face to face where I will be coaching through the workout, the 1 hour workout includes:

  • Warm up

  • Resistance training (strength)

  • Cardio / Boxercise

  • Core

  • Cool down

Online Personal Training

Training in the comfort of your home

All the benefits of face to face personal training except coaching is done in the comfort of your own home under my supervision as I perform and demonstrate the exercise routine live. The package includes:

  • Customized workout design

  • Nutritional program

  • Weekly check-ins

  • Monthly program review

Semi Private Classes

Boxercise / Strength and Conditioning

Boxercise is an exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers.
Sessions typically involve hitting focus pads but no class involves hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging, and safe workout that is great for stress-busting, accessible to all ages and fitness levels. Virtual and  Physical classer available at 2 locations
